Who is the Twinetic platform suitable for?

Twinetic is cross-industry applicable and particularly suitable for manufacturing companies, hospitals, logistics companies, and municipalities. The platform is especially beneficial for organizations with energy costs exceeding €250,000, significant use of various energy types (heat, electricity, etc.), and heterogeneous building and site structures.

I already have energy management software. Can I still benefit from working with Twinetic?

Yes, we are happy to advise you on the digitization of your energy management, even if you are using another software.

My company needs ISO 50001 certification. Is the Twinetic platform suitable for this?

Yes, the Twinetic platform offers optimal support for all ISO 50001 requirements—from integrating new measuring technology, recording the energy baseline (EnB), and defining energy performance indicators (EnPIs) to the automated creation of general energy consumption and EnPI reports.

Can my company benefit from subsidies when using the Twinetic platform?

Yes, the Twinetic platform is eligible for funding under BAFA Module 3: MSR. Benefit from up to 45% subsidies for the platform, training, and required measuring devices. We are happy to advise you on this.

Does Twinetic also provide the measuring devices?

No, Twinetic does not manufacture measuring devices. However, we offer the "Digital Check-up" consulting service, in which we recommend the most cost-effective measuring devices for your energy management and existing equipment.

Which measuring devices can I integrate into the Twinetic platform?

You can integrate measuring devices of all energy forms (heat, electricity, gas, etc.) from any manufacturer, as long as they are communication-capable, remotely readable, and based on open communication standards. Additionally, we develop custom data interfaces upon request—please feel free to contact us.

Can I manually input data into the Twinetic platform?

The Twinetic platform allows for simple data uploads by copying data directly from Excel in the browser. This makes it easy to incorporate historical data or manually recorded data sources, such as utility data you currently receive by email.

How long does it take to integrate measuring devices into the platform?

Communication-capable measuring devices with open communication protocols can be integrated into the platform in less than three minutes with just a few clicks. No deep IT knowledge is required.

How does the integration of the Twinetic platform into my existing IT system work?

Our platform consists of two main components: the energy management platform and a communication component that ensures continuous connection to your measuring technology. For on-premise integration, both components operate entirely within your network on provided servers. In the cloud version, the platform is hosted in a German data center, while the communication component remains locally operated in your network for security reasons.

Are my data secure with Twinetic?

All data communication and storage are fully encrypted.

How does Twinetic support my company in enhancing sustainability?

Our platform assists in reducing CO₂ emissions and efficiently meeting sustainability standards. Additionally, it automates CO₂ balancing according to GHG Protocol Scopes 1 and 2, saving personnel effort and consulting hours.
